Sandals Resort, Jamaica (2021) – Completed finishes for newly constructed villas.

Harrison Point Medical Facility, Barbados (2020) – Restored derelict structures into a COVID-19 medical quarantine center, commissioned by the Prime Minister, delivered within 3-4 weeks.

European Union Delegation, Barbados (2020-2021) – Office fit-out and renovations for both ground and third floors.

Caribbean Development Bank (2019-2020) – Expansion and renovation of on-site restaurant.

Judicial Centre, Barbados (2018-2020) – Renovation and construction of judge chambers and courtrooms.

The House, Elegant Hotels Group (2017) – Full renovation of guest and dining spaces, outdoor decks, and spa facilities.

Turtle Beach Resort, Barbados (2017) – Upgraded potable water infrastructure and pump rooms.

Citizens Security Project (2016-2017) – Restoration of a historic building for Male Barracks and Gym, preserving architectural integrity.

Sandals Resort, Barbados (2014-2017, multiple phases) – Constructed spa buildings, lagoon pools, architectural hardscapes, and water features.

National Housing Corporation, Barbados (2012) – Built ten residential units, including all finishes, electrical, plumbing, and drainage.

Apes Hill Villas, Barbados (2022-2025) – Construction of high-end residences, from foundation to final finishes.

Old Fort Bay, Bahamas (2017) – Renovation and specialized coral render application for a luxury estate.

New Olivewood, Sandy Lane, Barbados (2015) – Complete construction of a private estate in the prestigious Sandy Lane community.

Lagoons Residence, Montego Bay, Jamaica (2015) – Supervision and structural work with customized architectural detailing.

Bushy Park Luxury Suites, Barbados (2014) – Internal and external finishes for precast townhouses, changing rooms, and main entry structures.
