Kevin Webster’s journey in construction began in 1995 at Innotech Services Ltd., where his passion and problem-solving skills propelled him from millwork specialist to Senior Project Manager.
His expertise led him to key leadership roles at Abacus Builders Inc., Cellate Caribbean/ICE Group, and Harlequin Development, where he played a pivotal role in completing major regional projects, including the Buccament Bay Resort in St. Vincent.
In 2010, having successfully launched and overseen high-profile developments, Kevin took a bold step founding Connoisseur Improvement Services Inc. (CIS). Recognizing the need for integrated solutions within the industry, he strategically expanded CIS into a network of companies, each playing a critical role in the construction value chain. From trucking and equipment rentals to millwork manufacturing, each subsidiary strengthens the Group’s ability to deliver seamless, high-quality projects.
